The general work delivery timeline is 2-4 days after the on-site appointment. Any changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 reschedule/cancellation fee. A large order processing fee ($35.00 for 2D products and $45.00 for 3D products) is applied for each additional 2500 sqft on scanning floor plan services. 3D Matterport links will be publicly accessible for a year. After that, a subscription fee of $12/month or $100/year will be required to maintain their continued availability.
